Marisa Moon, a thought-provoking speaker, is a certified Primal Health Coach and the ancestral health blogger behind MyLongevityKitchen.com. Many of the clients Marisa works with struggle with digestive disorders, food sensitivities, and chronic stress. After her own battle with non-celiac gluten sensitivity—and digestive issues like IBS, leaky gut, and SIBO—Marisa learned the most effective ways to still celebrate food regardless of her new dietary needs.
