I remember what it was like when I first started questioning the symptoms I lived with—poor memory, fatigue, brain fog, stomach cramps, gas, unpredictable trips to the bathroom, feelings of overwhelm. I felt like the answers must be somewhere...why were they so hard to find? I tried so many diets and lived a healthy life...
Why didn't I feel healthy on the inside?
We are bombarded with health and nutrition advice everywhere we turn, yet so many of us are sicker and fatter than ever. By taking a step back from the modern world, and looking towards our early ancestors for clues, we are able to tap into the full potential of our amazing bodies. That's what I did. I found Ancestral Health, and the Traditional Foods Diet. Together, they transformed my life. I healed my broken body, and started on this journey to help others too.
